What you have to do as part of the new food allergen law

 S & J Fisheries is classified as a supplier to "food service organisations" by the The Food Standards Agency (FSA).  From 13th December 2014 we hope that our customers will be in full compliance with the Food Information Regulations EU1169/2011 (FIR Regs).


Details of the Top-14 allergens need to be listed clearly in an obvious place such as a your menu, chalkboard, or information pack. (Each dish on your menu requires a breakdown of allergens.)
